I'm the kind of person who can't stop thinking. Once I start thinking about something, I can't stop. It's like my brain is on overdrive and I can't turn it off. I overthink everything - from what I'm going to wear to work tomorrow to whether or not I'm happy in my relationship. I even overthink the overthinking. It's exhausting and it's taking over my life.
